Temperature Controller PCE-RE62

The PCE-RE62 is a process controller for various sensor signals and control modes. The universal controller can process RTD temperature sensors, thermocouple and DC standard signals on the input side. On the output side, a relay is always available on the  universal controller. Optionally additional relays, a 0/5 V output to the SSR control or an analogue output can be selected. Furthermore, a sensor supply of 24 V / 40 mA can be installed in the controller on the output side.

 

The voltage supply from this universal controller is produced by screw connections and can be between 20 … 253 V AC / DC. The universal controller is mounted on a 35 mm DIN rail. Thanks to the modern design and the compact dimensions, the controller can be installed in any control cabinet or distribution system. The measurement and control parameters are displayed via the OLED display. The programming is carried out via the keys or the optional RS485 interface using the programming software.

The universal controller has a self-optimizing PID control process. Furthermore, a simple on-off control is also adjustable. All electrical connections on the controller are electrically isolated from each other.
