The digital indicator PCE-NA5 is equipped with a 55-digit bar graph display, which is freely programmable. In addition, the digital indicator also comes with a conventional display, which shows the active measuring value as a figure. The digital indicator PCE-NA5 is able to process a large variety of signals. Besides standard signals, such as 4…20 mA or 0…10 V, the digital indicator can also be connected to thermocouples and resistance thermometers and is able to process voltages up to 600 V, currents up to 5 A and resistances up to 10 kOhm.

Connected sensors can be supplied with power by the 24 V DC power supply system of the PCE-NA5. By setting up threshold levels and using the four alarm relays, it is possible to use the digital indicator for regulation purposes , like shutting off the controller of a pump, for example. It is also possible to connect the digital indicator to external alarm systems. The optional analogue output and RS485 interface allow even more application possibilities, such as using data loggers or connecting the PCE-NA5 to other Modbus devices. To prevent manipulation, the device can be protected with a 4-digit pin code.
