The HVAC Test Device is suitable for testing and setting high-efficiency pumps (HE pumps). The HVAC Test Device can be used both as an encoder and as a receiver of PWM signals. The HVAC Test Device is thus able to test the pump controller in addition to the HE pump. PWM signals between 40 … 2000 Hz can be generated at the output of the HVAC Test Device. The widespread 0 … 10 V process signal can also be simulated by the HVAC Test Device. For testing bidirectional HE pumps, PWM signals can be sent and received by the HVAC Test Device at the same time. In addition, the volume flow or the pump status of the HVAC Test Device is displayed.
The set-points and actual values are visualized on the illuminated LC display. The low weight and compact dimensions ensure that the HE tester finds its place in every tool case. This makes the HVAC Test Device a safe test device for every installer of heating and ventilation systems. The HVAC Test Device is supplied with 3 x 1.5 V batteries and is protected according to IP54.
