The wall thickness meter is used for quick and easy measurement of ink layer thicknesses on metallic surfaces. The measuring range of the wall thickness meter is between 0 … 2.2 mm. Compared to other wall thickness meters, this wall thickness meter does not have to distinguish between ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The wall thickness meter automatically detects the substrate. Due to the measuring range and the possibility of measuring on ferrous and non-ferrous metals, the wall thickness meter covers a large part of measuring tasks.

To ensure that the wall thickness meter works, an adjustment kit is included in the delivery. As a result, an adjustment of the wall thickness meter can be performed at any time. As an additional feature, the wall thickness meter offers automatic shutdown. Thanks to this function, the replaceable battery is protected.
